Trigono is a single-player video game developed and published by Live Typing Inc. ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how the Trigono mobile application ("the App") handles information.
We collect nothing. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
The App saves gameplay progress (levels completed, scores, settings) locally on your device using the operating system's standard app-data storage. This information remains on your device, is sandboxed to the App, and is not accessible to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this data. If you back up your device via iCloud or Google services, the backup is governed by Apple's or Google's policy, not ours.
The App does not require an internet connection and does not contact any server controlled by us during normal play. It includes no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party tracking SDKs.
Trigono is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal information from any user, no such information exists to delete. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, please contact us at the address below.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and (where available) Google Play. Your installation, download, and store interactions are handled by those platforms and governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control:
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive data-protection laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information about you, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone. If you submit a rights request, we will respond within the period required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days) to confirm in writing that we do not hold any data about you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review the policy periodically. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
